Family life
depends on what a mother and a father are doing in order to raise their
children. It is very easy for everyone to see that every family have to have in
order to get money when they need to manager their family needs. Since money is
very needed in each family life, parents have to have jobs in order to receive
that money they will need for every single day.
Researches show the comparisons about how parents are getting different
amount of money according to how many hours each parent work in each week. In economic terms, families with two full-time working
parents are better off than other families. The median household income for
families with two full-time working parents and at least one child under 18 at
home is $102,400, compared with $84,000 for households where the father works
full time and the mother works part time and $55,000 for households where the
father works full time and the mother is not employed. Parents have to balance
their family life by going to work and still have a time to raise their
children. A mother and a father have to share this household equally. Mather
has to go to work as well as do some house activities. A father has to do the same
things as well. In this case they will not lose anything. They will have money
from mother’s side and money from a father’s side and still take care their
children
When
both parents have to work full time, they have to plan about how they will do
their house activities will be done, as well as how they will take care the
children if they have them. Parents have to make sure to have different work
schedules. When parents have different schedules, they will be able to work and
take care the children. For example, if a mother will go to work at six clock
in afternoon and father go there at seven o’clock in morning. In this case the
children will be with their mother in morning and with their father at night. In
this situation a mother will do house activities before work and the father
will do some house activities after he will be coming home from his work. We might think
that many fathers do not know how to manage
house activities as how women do. In this case this parent will learn how to do
all things. As we can even see about this two parents work schedules the man
will not spend many hours with children before their bed time. What he will
have to learn will be how to feed children, wash them and put them to bed. Also
he will have to know how to clean house as well as how to do the kitchen
activities.
Not
even that, this two parents will have time to be tighter as parents. They will
have time to talk about some of their family goals as well as their family’s
life. They will do that on the time they will be together before a wife can go
to work witch will be after the husband’s work. Of course they will have two
days off which will give them enough time to be together as family. This will be the best way of family balance.
There will be not reason they keep one parent at home with working while a
family needs money. Let all share responsibilities off family as equal parents.
